Feedback including suggestions and complaints are received by the Housing Justice Manager in line with our policies and procedures. Please ask if you would like to see our documentation.
The Manager will investigate your complaint that may include talking to the person involved and consider the appropriate course of action. If you would like us to contact you regarding your feedback, or let you know the outcome of your complaint, please provide your name and contact details. You do not have to provide your details if you don’t want us to keep in touch with you about your feedback. If you do request we contact you regarding your feedback or complaint, we will try to do so within five business days.
